Federico Soriano, Int’l. Assoc. AIA

Principal

 

Federico's design background includes both public and private projects of diverse size and complexity, including residential, commercial, education, and healthcare.

Prior to opening Seapoint Studio, Federico worked for several architecture firms in Boston, Massachusetts, where he led the design, programming, technical, and coordination efforts. 

 

Federico is an enthusiastic believer of a collaborative design process resulting in a successful building project for each client. With over 20 years of experience he brings a solid understanding of building materials and construction methods.

 

Some of Federico's most notable projects include the ground-up development of the Whittier Street Community Health Center in Roxbury, MA, a six-story, 80,000 sq. ft building that houses a full spectrum of out-patient clinics and ancillary health services.
The Randolph Houses in Harlem, NY a new 154-unit family housing development for the NYCHA, and the addition of the Mayaguana Island Air Terminal in Mayaguana Island, Bahamas.

Sculptor, blues guitar musician, and an avid chess player, you may find Federico during summer at his favorite lunch-time Harvard Square Chess Master challenge.

Shaun Lynch, AIA

Principal Associate

 

Shaun brings over 25 years of experience in award-winning renovation and new construction projects. As an advocate for stewardship of the built environment, he has spoken publicly on adaptive re-use and sustainable design.

 

Shaun is a registered architect in Massachusetts. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and a bachelor’s degree of fine arts from Hunter College of City University of NYC.

Some of Shaun's most notable projects include:


The new 210,000 square foot complex of academic buildings for Education and Social Sciences at the University of California Santa Barbara. A state-of-the-art teaching and research building, focusing on interdisciplinary education.


The $78 million new wing Life Sciences research and teaching laboratory at Syracuse University. 


The W Boston Hotel in Boston’s theater district. A 26-story tower that began build-out of Boston's High Spince concept.


In his spare time, Shaun enjoys carpentry, travel and photography.
